Customers making orders of products more that i have in stock.
for exemple:
if i have 1 bag in stock.
a customer order 3 of them. and the system let him make the order.
i have Joomla: 2.5.17
VM: 2.0.10
You are using a version more than one year old, they make releases to fix issues in previous versions.
This will worry me if it was present nowadays (which I have no clue) but you should make a backup of your site and start updating to see if the problem gets fixed, once in latest version it makes sense that you post the issue if it happens again,

you trying to solve the problem by upgrading. and you say something that i already know. i know that if i'll upgrade the system it will solve the problem.
but i don't wanna upgrade. and it has to be a way to fix it. because the problem is not from now. so people has this problem before.

You know the solution but you dont want to upgrade, fair enough, stay in an old + insecure version ;)
Yes users will find bugs in older versions, thats why they release new ones lol
