I got a problem in my website ... it's new and I am stuck in the stage of data entry .
every time I try to add a new product I face one of tow problems :
first : Description field does not fit the data. Cut part of it.
second: Description does not appear at all in the description field, and when I come back to edit the product description , I find the description which entered has disappeared.
and the editor is empty .
I tired chrome & firefox & explorer ... no use.
please help !
