Title: Checkout Keeps Redirecting back to Cart

Hello,

This is my first time getting a payment plugin done. I downloaded ccavenue payment plugin in order to use as a basis for what I need. Now when I confirm orders, it redirects to Thank You For Order page, then redirects back to cart. Please help.
When I get back to cart I see "Please enter your billto address Address 1CityCountryPhone", and all of these are already entered.
