Title: importing CSV files
Post by: nerminz on December 17, 2013, 10:03:08 AM
Hi!

I have a joomla 1.5 site and vm 1.1.4. Now i've created a clean joomla 2.5.16 site and installed vm 2.0.24a.
I've exported csv files from old vm and now wont import them with CSVI Free component on a new site, but it gives me an error.

My question is, do I have to do first the migration from vm 1.1.4. to vm 1.1.9 and then to vm 2.0.24a on an old (1.5. joomla) site, then export csvi files and import them to new (2.5 joomla) site, or is there any other way.

Thank you!

For CSVI issues you ashould ask on http://www.csvimproved.com/forum

Migration from VM1.1 to 2 using the provided migrator has been covered here many times:
