Hello there.

I am having some really difficult times setting up Virtuemart so VAT could be charged to legal and private subjects from EU appropriately :o

The shop is from Croatia in which we have Tax by 25%.

Private subjects from CRO and EU would have to pay TAX
Private subjects from the rest of the world wont have to pay it

Legal subjects from CRO have to pay TAX
Legal subjects from EU and the rest of the world wont have to pay it

How to set it up? We bought that VAT ID checker but i can only set it up for legal subjects. If I use VAT ID CHECK from Private subject in the billing information form than I get error from VAT ID validation service.

Is there a solution for this? Please, anyone :'(
