Im using Virtuemart 2.0.24c with Joomla 2.5.16.

Products listed in only one category will link with :
https://www.electricfenceaustralia.com.au/www.electricfenceaustralia.com.au/component/virtuemart/?Itemid=60&page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=209&category_id=31

While if they are listed in multiple categories the link works fine.
https://www.electricfenceaustralia.com.au/electric-fence-online-store/alligator-fence-clips-and-jumper-leads/dakenag-red-alligator-lead-and-clip-with-eye-terminal-detail.html

I have tried turning off all rewrite, SEO plugins and settings but the error remains.

Any suggestions as to where i should be looking would be very much appreciated.

......../component/virtuemart/?Itemid=60&page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=209&category_id=31 is not a VirtueMart 2 url - it is an old VM1.1 url !!!

Is that a migrated site with some old VM1.1 modules still present?

Thanks for your reply. Both were fresh installs of Jommla 2.5 and Virtuemart 2. It seems to be an issue with CSVI component I used to import....as far as i can tell
