Title: Disable email for Declined payments

Hi,

VM2.0.24

Is there a way to stop the emails sending if a credit card payment is declined? 

My payment gateway automatically updates the order status to Cancelled if a payment is declined, I have tried removing 'Cancelled' from the 'Default Order Status to send email' but the email is still sent.
