Title: Invoice and notifications not in default language

I have a multilingual Joomla site, but the shop is only in my native language and that's the only language that I've configured in VM.
But all mails (Invoice etc.) are in English. How do I change that?

I found this http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=112927.0 on the forum. But there have to be a better way to get around it....

set the language you want in the Admin's profile (Backend Language) in the User Manager settings and give it a try!

I've tried that but mails are still in english
