I´ve just read some posts about this theme but I can´t understand how can I hide "add to cart" for guests.
I have the latest version VM 2.0.24 and my template is shoplabe and theme virtuemart is yag_blueberry_etheme

Test for logged in - like in http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=106484.msg356669#msg356669 and show the addtocart-bar div only if logged in. You will probably need to edit the yag theme override for default_addtocart.php where the code should be used.
