Title: Paypal will not redirect after confirming purchase

when confirming my purchase, my website does not redirect to paypal.
I am using Joomla! 2.5.14 and Virtuemart 2.0.24, I also took off the onepage plugin and it still doesn't work with the the standard virtuemart.

Same here... but not for all customers. Customer orders are recorded but stay 'pending'. They describe "a white page" that's all and it's happening with about 20% of the orders...
