Title: VirtueMart Categories Layout Menu Option Missing

In my the

administrator > menu > option "VirtueMart Categories Layout" is missing

Do you know how to fix this please?

It has been removed from current versions as very few people used it, and the view templates no longer exist. The categories layout generated was the same as the home page.
