I have recently been notified by one of my customers that when they add a t-shirt from my website to their shopping cart it doesn't show USPS as a shipping option. I noticed it was because they were in Hawaii but USPS priority mail should work to Hawaii. Any idea why it wouldn't work when USPS plugin is working just fine and we've gotten plenty of orders today and last few weeks? Any ideas?
Also, I was facing another issue last week which might be the same solution that fixes them both. A customer who lives in Guam has always been ordering from us before using the USPS priority mail as the shipping option and worked just fine. But recently he tried to order and it just wouldn't work as no shipping options would show. I tested there account and couldn't find a solution. Because Guam is considered to be part of the USA but doesn't show up as a state. So I need to be able to ship things to Guam and all countries as I have been before.
Any ideas that might be the solution to both problems?
