I realise this has been asked before but I'm still confused. I want to apply a tax rule based only on the billing address. I've found a lot of entries in the forum relating to VM1.

Milbo says (http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=110962.msg373373#msg373373 (http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=110962.msg373373#msg373373)) there is a permanent fix "if you know how to use the tools and the configuration file". I can't figure it out and the code he posted is already included in 2.2.

Can anyone help me sort this?

Looks like he wants to base the tax of the cart on the billing address Not the shipping address

Sorry to be so confusing Maxson, I was trying to explain what I had tried before posting this question.

All I need is to stop my tax rule calculating on the shipping address.
