1. Explain in detail, the difference between "Shoppers who bought the product" vs "To Registered Users" in Configuration - Shopfront - Shopper Review/Rating System

2. If I choose option "Enable Review System for - Shoppers who bought the product", then will available "Review System" for "Registered users" ?

1. registered doesn't equal to those who bought

On what grounds/property Joomla (or VM) determines that I - "Shoppers who bought the product"?
I made a purchase without registration and login, and then closed the browser, and after a while came back to product page. Will I be able to then leave a comment, if set option "Shoppers who bought the product"?

Only if "Allow non logged to send questions" is set in Configuration/Shopfront. Otherwise you must have an account and be logged into that account - you can post if that product appears in your orders record.
