As my title says, is it possible to make a category that is available for some country only? For example I want the products of a certain category available in Canada and USA only. The products can be visible, but not ordered if the customer address doesn't match this condition. Is there any ways to do this?

Write a note "Only for USA" etc near each product.
Configure countries in your shipment methods.
