I am also not able to add shipping rates on my website. I have done this on a previous sites, but not sure why it is not working now..

Here are the version details

Joomla! 2.5.14

Virtuemart version : 2.0.20a

Installed version 2.0.24

PHP Version 5.3.26

I am not using any other 3rd party extensions, and I have bought the template from hot e commerce. Please help, thanks..

It is working fine now, once I installed & update tables using VM AIO. I am naive & was not aware about VM AIO until you asked the question about you.
