i want change Rupee symbol Rs to newly designed Indian rupee , how to change it and pls let me know as soon as possible.

go into currencies and click on the currency

To display the new Rupee symbol see http://nparashuram.com/rupee/ I think you will have to use template overrides to display it, though.
