Firstly apologies, there was a topic regarding this issue but the forum recommended I start a new topic as it hadn't been looked at for over 120 day.
Fairly new to this and keep getting the following error. Can someone please help as I simply cannot fix this, regardless of following the instructions. I also cannot find any Vendor tab in VM. I also accept that I'm probably the problem and not VM!
"Your Virtuemart installation contains an error: No user as marked as vendor. Please fix this in your phpMyAdmin and set #__virtuemart_vmusers.user_is_vendor = 1 and #__virtuemart_vmusers.virtuemart_vendor_id = 1 to one of your administrator users. Please update all users to be associated with virtuemart_vendor_id 1."

Yes they do. In fact as a last resort I called them yesterday and they sorted the problem for me. I would like to be able to post the solution but they said they'd just take care of it and this morning the error message has disappeared.
