Hello!
I have set up a new VM-shop - version 2.0.22c.
Everything worked really smooth and the first orders are dropping in right now.
Now here comes my big problem:
The bill and the delivery bill are totally empty, wehen opened in the backend of the shop.
That means that I am not able to print our the delivery bills if I want to send the purchased goods to the buyers.
The eMails sent by the system seem to be correct.
Any help ist highly appreciated!

What 3rd party extensions do you have?
Try "d" or "e" versions (check Dev Portal at the top of current page).
I didnot understand, what you menat with this:

2.0.22d or 2.0.22e. Did you see menu item "Dev Portal"?
I found it by googeling.
Can just copy the files from version "e" via FTP or am I able to install directly via J extension-manager without deinstalling the old version?
Okay - installed 2.0.22e - and AIO.
No effect on bill and delivery papers :-(
Your 3rd party extensions could influence VM in BE. You could pm me access.
Just to be sure could make a buy now in your shop as absolutely new shopper?

I can't reproduce your issue on Firefox.
You need to deal with this also

So you can see anything in the invoices by klicking on the icons for invoice & deliverypapers ?
I get an empty PDF (invoice) and also an empty delivery-pdf - and I am using Firefox (Mac), too.
The issue with the safepath is another mystery, because I HAVE this path set up a long time ago :-(
I am really getting mad about this, because there is lots of traffic in the shop actually and my boss is about to kill me if it doesnot work :-(
Okay - I got it.
I had to call my webprovider to disable a security-thing in the config for the secret folder. Now it works perfectly - I just have to get the template for the invoices and delivery papers adjustet to make the printouts usable.
