I need to change the text on the top of my cart page here:

This is the text I need to change:
"Cart
When you are already registered, please login directly here"
I have been through a bunch of language files, can't find the reference...should I be looking somewhere else?

you dont want to "search" through language files if you do not have to.
Go into "language manager".
Click on "overrides" then click "new".
Then, type some of the text , and hit the search.
When the string comes up. You can click on it, and fill in the new text u want. then save
