How to repeat:
1. Install a clean Joomla 2.0.14
2. Install Virtuemart 2.0.22d
3. Install a Russian language for Joomla (maybe you prefer to install other language, than Russian, but it is not important)
4. Select your fresh-installed language as default for site and for admin
5. Go to Virtuemart categories and try to create new category.
You should get errors in exeSortSearchListQuery, which states: not found tables virtuemart_categories_ru_RU (last symbols should refer to your language codes, selected by default)
OK, how to avoid: run step 3 and 4 before step 2.

This is not an error. When you install new languages in joomla, then you must set the language also in vm. Please read the manual.
