Title: Category View Number of Categories Displayed

The online store on my clients website is a Category View.
At the moment is shows only 6 categories, and all the products below it (paginated).

1. How can I display ALL the categories instead of just the first 6?
2. How do I display the latest products below this instead of all the products?

Use VM Frontpage View. Options for this view is in the VM config.
