Title: No Shop Currency defined! - Simple Solution
Post by: hobartimus on September 06, 2013, 20:16:58 PM
I was pulling my hair out to get this to work. Finding others posting the same issue and mods posting solutions that did not fix the problem. This is what I finally found: After I set my Vendor Currency, I cannot save. It has been suggested that this is a JS conflict — for me it was not. I finally discovered that on the third tab (Shopper Information), there are some required fields that must be filled before 'Save' will work.

This ended my nightmare. Hope it helps others with this problem.

Thanks for the reply, but that's just the same old answer that provides no solution.

Please read my post. The problem with not being able to save is not a Javascript conflict, it is due to unseen required fields on the third tab.

there seems to be a bug in 2.0.22 that makes you not able to store the data... i did a clean shop install on a test and got the same error... i downgraded to 2.0.18b and had no problems and after that, i could upgrade to 2.0.22c again without any problems and everything was running.

if i now go into shop and press save and close, it saves fine.
