Title: Help with Authorize.net and Shipping

I cannot get Authorize.net or shipping to show up in my cart . I have setup all the information in the shop, but it still won't show in the cart. What needs to be done?
I have also setup shipping, but it doesn't show up as well.

I am currently running:

Virtuemart 2.0.20b

I'm not sure myself.
But zip range isn't filled.
Is it necessary to fill shopper group for shipment?

I deleted 4th picture. You didn't censored yourself your payment credentials.

Could you provide a link to your web shop?
