Joomla 2.5 VM 2.0

All of my emails generated by the site such as registration, order confirmation, order cancellation ect are sent from the right email address, but name of the sender is still my template name how do I change this?

I am thinking it need to be changed in at least 2 places:

site registration is sent from "Metro"....Is this a joomla issue instead of Virtuemart
and order confirmation is from "Metro Virtuemart Template"....both email address are correct and mine for reply purposes.

That is a Joomla configuration issue.
