Title: We are currently unable to ship your order...

A customer is receiving the following message: >> If no shipping option is displayed, we are currently unable to ship your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
They are in UK near Birmingham and we send things all over without problem from a UK base. How can I correct the issue please? Does something need adding to a database?
