Post by: fanny0 on August 12, 2013, 20:20:15 PM

Hi,

I need to do 2 things here

http://piedrasaustrales.com/index.php/anillos/oro/gan-01-detail

1.- the price of the metals appear below (custom fields), in the same format as above, is for the customer to go see the price variations

2.-Add the word "STEP" and the number, first Step 1 to select the stone (custom field) Step 2 to select the metal (custom field) and STEP 3 / STEP 3 to add to the shopping cart.

thanks so much!

1. You didn't write what you need in plain words for this section of your post.
2. You could place word 'step' before the words in the name of your custom field 'Escoja el metal / Choose the metal'. And why you didn't use multilanguage feature? You could have 'Escoja el metal' for one language part of web shop and 'Choose the metal' for English part.
For addtocart you could write 'step' directly in template override. About override technique check sticked threads in this forum section.

After 20 minutes your product page had not finished loading for me so that I could look at the code, but you appear to be using template overrides. The product details template files will therefore be in [your-joomla-template]/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails/   - use Firebug to look at the live page code so see wheree you need to edit.  http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=102850.0
