Title: How to modify shipping rates?

Hi guys,

My shop based in Indonesia, and I need to modify shipping rates based on an Indonesian shipping company called "JNE". There are so many different cities in Indonesia, and I have the shipping rate /kg list of the company. My question:

:-\ :-\" How to make a new shipping rates /kg based on the customer's city address?" :-\ :-\

Can anyone please help me with this issue?

Did you try standard VM shipment method by weights?

Yes, it based on country only, can I make it to city and weight based? because that's how the shipment done in my country, they don't use ZIP code, they just need the destination city and the weight of the goods
