Hi,

I can't really get the new mailing system in v. 2.0.22a to work.

I would like to send a pending mail to both vendor and customer when a purchase is made. But no matter which configurations I make in the backend, I simply can't get it to work :( Does anybody have a guide as to how I can accomplish this?

I should mention that changing the status to Confirmed and checking Notify customer will send a mail, so mail-sending is working.

Joomla v. 2.5.14

Did you check configuration for Pending status?
