Joomla 2.5.14, Virtuemart 2.0.22a
Hello, I've read through several other forum topics but haven't found an answer. I have my store set to guest checkout only, review settings to visible to all, review able to be left by someone who has purchased a product, review must be approved before published. I am using the template Shiny by VirtuePlanet but I cannot imagine that would be part of the issue.
When a review is left by a customer, they see the 'Review has been saved' notice, however there is nothing at all in the backend. I do not see any indication of a review being left as the entire section is blank (see images).
My question is does anybody know how to fix this?
OR Can anybody give me directions how to enter these reviews through the backend or phpMyAdmin? I have some coding experience but not enough to feel comfortable jumping in without any direction.

Did you check your issue on standard Joomla template (beez5)?
For importing data in web shop (reviews etc) you could try to use CSVI Improved.
I have not checked on the standard template but I should. Also I do not quite know how to do the csvi import, can you direct me somewhere?
Author of CSVI tool really able to instruct somebody with the help of CSVI web site. Just google it. Be lucky.
