I really need your help please if possible!
All of a sudden nothing is working anymore.
* Cannot add more than one product
* Products are not added to cart.
* At the checkout page, terms of service leads me to main page, when correctly added at the backend - shop
* At the checkout, cannot choose the shipment nor payment.
I've reinstalled virtuemart twice but nothing seems to happen.
Please, any help would be great and extremely kind!

Please! You should never reinstall, it makes thing worse. Better is to update it using the normal joomla installer. Or check the options in the tools.
When you reinstall (uninstall and new install), then the id and so is not anylonger the same so everything is going to change. Avoid it if possible.
In fact I dont know any problem in vm2, which could be solved by reinstallation.
So what we all miss be able to answer you:
joomla version
vm version
what you did latest (you installed something)
php version, Link to your page that someone can take a look on your java script. Please check with firebug for your jquery
