Title: Hide fields when empty client details

Hello,

I have a problem with my account details. I would like to hide a couple of customers field when they are empty. But i don't know how to do it. Could anyone help me with this?

the fields are:

Eventuele tweede persoon
Voornaam   
Tussenvoegsel(s)   
Achternaam

Empty fields are visible that customers can fill out it later. If you have knowledge in PHP maybe it is possible to make a template override and customize the output of the fields.

I can read PHP but can't make whole PHP files myself. Could you help me with this?
