I would like to do something with virtuemart, I think it is possible but i wanna make sure I don´t make a mistake.
When a client buy a product, the client is sent a mail telling him that the box has been sent.
after some days, I want the client to be sent a mail asking him if everything is ok with the product. In this case, we would ask the client to write a comment in our wab page.
is that possible?
