Use Joomla's extensions installer. The Akeeba autoupdater falls over on this one.  http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=95513

Sorry for my english but I don't understand what I have to do first ?
I ve rename old file com virtuemart and move product but always the same error..

Just use the normal joomla installer to update vm, not akeeba
