Title: registration error 404 component not found

       i'm moved into 2.0.21g for invoice editing but getting an error when attempting to register a new user. my user settings are below (never changed them).

        Allow User Registration   
        Yes
        New User Registration Group registered   
        Guest User Group   public
        Send Password   
        Yes
        New User Account Activation  self   
        Notification Mail to Administrators   
        Yes
        Captcha   
        Frontend User Parameters   
        Show
        Frontend Language   
        Hide
        Change Login Name   
        No
        Maximum Reset Count   10
        Time in Hours   1
