Title: pagination problem in order listing backend

Hello,

Today I've updated to version 2.0.22.
Since then I have the following problem...

When I click on show orders in the backend, the first page shows correctly. When I go to page 2 or 3, 4, etc... it displays a blank page with the notification 'no record found'.
Same problem when you click on 'show ''100'' per page.

I mean the following page ....../administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=orders

Can somebody help me with this problem?

should be fixed for 2.0.22a
