Title: Shipping problem with non registered shoppers.

I am using VM version 2.0.20b
Joomla version 2.5.11

I have my store set up so that you do not have to be a registered user order to place an order. However when you go to select a shipping method the system tells you, "We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order."

They probably must enter an address for shipping to be calculated, maybe you have specified a country or state in the shipping plugin?

The shipping is based on the amount of the transaction and not where they are located. I am thinking it is because they have not registered or filled out the billing info.

Hi htown

I also have this problem.  This looks like a bug to me.

If the non-registered user bypasses the shipping option and goes straight to checkout and submits their address details, then the shipping option comes up again and works ok.  Because of this problem, some customers will be lost.

Can this be fixed?

Help!!!
