Title: dragn drop ordering for categories and products no longer working

dragn drop ordering for categories and products  by StephanBais is no longer working after installing version 2.0.21g. I did check all 2.0.21 versions. Bug started with 2.0.21g

It works, you just need to use the small icon in the ordering column, yeh the icon is a bit small.

Hmm, there are no icons but the up and down arrow in the ordering column  :-\

Is it this small?
