VM 2.0.20b Joomla 2.5.9
I have had number of product reviews posted, and I had to delete one review, I ticked the box for the review to delete, clicked delete and all reviews were deleted,
However the reviews are still showing on the web site, is there any way of recovering these deleted reviews from VM
This is the second time this has happened the remove review tick box was the 1st review position under the tick all box on both occasions.
Also when you edit a review and save it an error appears:
vmError: VirtueMartModelRatings::Error store rating TableRatings: :store failed
Duplicate entry '97-1' for key 'i_virtuemart_product_id' SQL=UPDATE `ap8q7_virtuemart_ratings` SET `virtuemart_product_id`='97',`rates`='5',`ratingcount`='1',`rating`='5',`published`='1',`created_on`='2013-06-13 15:45:22',`created_by`='51',`modified_on`='2013-06-14 12:14:51',`modified_by`='42' WHERE `virtuemart_rating_id`='1'
Any guidence would be much appreciated
