I could use some assistance in creating a schedule of prices. This was available as part of the core in VM release 1.1 however in release 2 it does not appear to be. We're just trying to create a simple display as seen at the link below for the ebook "To Kill A Lion" http://www.newbookpublishing.com/to-kill-a-lion.html . (This is the old site that still running VM 1.1.9 ) any ideas on how to create a similar presentation in VM 2?
