Title: Shipping and Post Code Conflict

Hi,

hoping someone can shed some light on a problem we are finding.

When a customer makes a purchase, if they do not put in a post code / zip code shipping is not being applied to the order. seems although the field is "required" if it is not entered they get an error, but if they then just cancel the message, it allows the order process to continue without the post code.

this is turning out to be quiet an issue as we are having to wear the shipping costs???

Has anyone had the same issue???
