We sell a mix of items that can be shipped via UPS and large items that can only go via freight in a truck. We have purchased and installed the UPS plug-in to get quotes from UPS for the smaller products, that works great.
For the larger items I have put in a weight of 2000 pounds and setup the shipping method by weight zip and countries called freight and set it to 1500 pounds minimum. When someone picks an item with the freight, freight pops up like it should during checkout, but so does UPS. We do not want UPS to be an option for those larger products; if a freight item is in the cart, we want only freight to come up.
Is there any way we can configure things so UPS is not coming up with freight, or some kind of plug in that will step in and prevent UPS from coming up or a better way of setting this up where UPS is not an option if a freight item is in the cart? We are using VM 2.0.20b and Joomla 2.5.9.
