Good morning everyone.
I'm developing a new ecommerce, and I wanna do it with virtuemart.
I have joomla 2.5.11 and virtuemart 2.0.20b.

I need to do something like this page: http://shop.eminflexmaterassi.com/materassi/supremo-plus.html

My requirements are:
- Mattress as father product
- Custom fields to choose the first partition: - double mattress - single mattres - french mattress
- each partition has multiple size with a specific price.
No need to put a stock to each size, because the product are always avaiable.

Can somebody explain me how I have to do?
I'm in trouble with father/son product...

I think default VM can't do like you want, have to build a custom plugin for VM.

Also, I haven't had a chance yet to review the new Joomla 3 compatible beta of VM that is out for testing, but supposedly the custom fields are completely rewritten. You may be able to do this soon in the native cart, not sure.
