The problem i am having is that i can't get the add to cart button to show to anonymous browsers to the site. I have the shopper groups setup and the paypal payment method setup and the shopper groups all tied in. The add to cart is visible to registered users. not sure what im missing.

Do you have a requirement to use shopper groups, shuch as group specific prices?

nope all the shopping groups have that box unchecked
