Made a copy of our site and moved to (same host) Addon Domain separate database, files, etc., I used akeeba backup and kickstart to copy site over. Things are smooth. Ran a few updates and noticed that the cart/checkout page is still calling files from the main site. Main site is in hosting root folder whereas the Addon Domain is in a sub folder. I looked in home/name/public_html/myAddonDomain/administrator/components/com_virtuemart for virtuemart.cfg.php and only found a virtuemart.cfg. I opened it and cannot locate any of the stuff described. The Addon Domain is not writing anything to the main and the copy updated itself fine without harm or touching the main. Yet the cart page shows files called from the main. Can I please be told what I screwed up? The site is offline so if you want to see it let me know and I have an account already set up for that.
I JUST realized that this is in wrong forum. I can't move it and I did not see a post like this via a google search, bing search, and vm forum search. Maybe there are too many? Can someone move this to the proper area so I do not repost. Thank you.
