Title: VM2- how to change the shop frontpage background color?

Hi,

Joomla Version: Joomla! 2.5.11
VirtueMart Version: VirtueMart 2.0.20b
Template: JA Mero
Background color: #111

I would like to change the shop frontpage background color to #fff instead of #111. How can I change the CSS file please? Your step by step guidances will be appreciated. Please help me!

P.S.: i attached the effect I prefer in the attachment for better understand. Thank you for your kind reply.

use firebug for firefox or chrome ... then you can find the css classes

and then you can put your css in your template css
