Hello everybody,
I would like to deepen my knowledge of VM2 in order to have the ability to make customizations (by modifying the code). My skill of PHP, HTML and CSS is decent: I'm not an absolute beginner, but at the same time I have not the skill to modify the code without any help. Do you know step-by-step books and/or tutorial series which can help me? I read English, Italian, German, French and Spanish.

We do not recommend or support modifications (hacking) of the core code. Customisation is by the use of plugins or by the use of template/css overides.
