Im running joomla 2.5.9 and also vm 2.0.20b

I signed up with and drop shipping co. I installed vm but they populated the shop. Now I have category's all over the place and I would like to simplify. But im not sure what I need to be looking for. If someone could give me a push on how the categorys and sub categorys can be configed would be great.

So you allow some third party to screw up your site? You can manually rearrange the categories in the backend to create a suitable category hierarchy, but it would be difficult to stop it being screwed again if you let a third party play with your site.

Thanks for the reply... they did the install but I dont like the way they have the categorys setup and Im looking for informatio on how to make main category and sub category
