I'm developing a component that should use some of vm features. But I'm pretty a newbie on the entire Joomla System, both as a user and as a developer. So I'm quite confused on many things, considering I need to learn lots of things all together. The only positive thing is that I do know php.
I was able to create a the component but still I have to develop several functionalities.
It seems I'm going to need to develop a shipment plugin, since the features of the default weight_countries are not enough for my client request.
I duplicated this plugin and I'm trying to understand the meaning of the methods, but I got no luck so far.
Is there any useful documentation for a better understanding what it does?

I'm looking for Royal Mail shipping module, for VM 2.0, Joomla 2.5
It's a little bit irritating, that RM shipping module is worked out for e.g. Wordpress, Magento, Zen-cart, Osscommerce, Woocommerce, WP Ecommerce - but nothing for VIRTUEMART 2.0 or Joomla 2.5 >:(
