I am just wondering if any Pro can tell me how to add tracking number to confirmation emails. I tried to add tracking numbers in confirmation emails, it doesn't work.
has noone seriously ever fixed this???

This was never a function of VM - therefore no fix
It may be an enhancement - they way I have done it is to include this in the note section when updating customer status
